I am travelling to Australia and New Zealand this spring and would like to compile a list of vegetarian wholefood cafes to visit.

Try searching for a restaurant among those listed on VegDining.com. Some of these restaurants have been reviewed by people who have actually dined there, so you will probably find it useful.

you get a fantastic vegetarian buffet all you can eat and a movie all for $15.90Au....which you watch on a huge pile of cushions...fantastic atmosphere awesome food...or alternatively go to

Green Gourmet in Newtown is an entirely vegetarian restaurant offering Asian style fake meat dishes. Its one of those restaurants you either love or hate though - I think its fantastic but my partner won't set foot in there.

you could try the nearest McDonalds and eat a salad or something or you could take the chance and look in the phone book
