I love Subway BMT's, but are they good for you?

YUM! I love them, I'm not sure how good they are for you but I am sure that they are better than eating a burger and fries or pizza. When I have to grab a quick lunch when I'm out, I usually get a Subway. My personal favorite is the Cold Cut Combo, but most all of their sandwiches are good.

When I used to eat at Subway, I did enjoy the BMT. Find a real deli to make a sandwich like that and it will be immensely better than the Subway version.

The general rule for those sandwiches being healthy is the idea that you get the 6' (not the footlong) and that you put almost no toppings on them. However, the BMT is my favorite sandwich (way better than Quizno's) and it's still better for you than burgers and fries.

I love subway's Itilian BMT I get it every time I go there. It is probably not the healthiest choice but it is good

Subway has the worst sandwiches .. almost all there meat is so jammed packed with preservatives.. the meat like roast beef has a funny color to it when you look close. They do have very good rolls but I cringe when I look at the meats they put in.. I mean come on who eats a steak bomb that they cook in the microwave?? Move on and find another sub shop.. Like D'angelo's or a mom and pop store ..

Subway isn't good. Too little of everything. Quiz-nos is expensive, but tastes better than Subway. WA WA 's subs taste great and they are cheap. The only problem is, there is no place to sit.

where i live the italian bmt wasnt 5 dollars it was like 6.00 plus tax

NO they aren't good for you!
They are processed meat (bad) with cheese (bad) and fat dressing (bad).
That's why they taste so good.

no u have it all wrong subway sucks and quiznos rocks go to quiznos theyre 10 times better than subway

i do not really know but if you look at T.V. then you will see that people think that quznos that sandwich place is better
