Congestion itself is bound to be self limiting - better services like for instance a train service like Holland - would attract people if it existed - it doesn't.

Not sure if they are robbers but consider the amount of money they have taken from pension funds and left people struggling or a married couple, both M.Ps, claiming a second house allowance when they both live in the same house or being able to claim up to £250 expenses without showing a receipt or claiming thousands of pounds in travel expenses when the expenses nowhere near come to that amount. I mean 40p per mile takes a lot of travelling
