If you have more watts on the hairdryer will that make your hair straighter? Like if I have a hairdryer with 2600watts will that be better than a lets say CHI dryer that is 1875watts? Its is the brand or it is the watts that make the difference?

It is both, CHI is the best brand, but you want high wattage. It will just dry your hair faster, not make it straighter. You need a CHI straightener for that. If you cant afford a CHI then check the brand your looking at, watts won't matter if it only last 6 months!!

there is a big difference between watts and brand!
the higher the wattage the more electricity consumption (of course more power).
whereas branded products will costs more.
