Hey there! I'm sure you're not absolutely 100% lonely. Talk to random people- the teller,the grocer, the lady walking the dog, anybody. Even if you never see them again, you made a change in the day- that'll feel good. You never know, you might meet your next best friend in the hairdresser or your future husband in a bank line. Be approachable, smile and stand up striaght. Little things, big difference!

Socialize or go on a chat room somewhere. Come on, you gotta get out of there and be yourself!!! Maybe you just never really talked to some one lately.
