Do I need to divorce him at all? I co-own a house now with my current partner who i've been with for 2 years and we would even like to have children one day. I don't want to cause any trouble, I still care deeply for my husband, but it just didn't work out. Do I need to go to a solicitor? Can I download papers off the internet? (I live in Wales).

You might try a lawyer it always worked for me. If you are planning on having children it would be a really good idea to get a divorce if you want them to be legal. Also I have never heard of down loading papers to get a divorce. Good luck!

It concerns no longer in case you opt to marry this new guy or have not seen the old one through fact the day you wed. If the papers have been filed interior the courthouse that a marriage occurred between you and whomever, you need to have that marriage dissolved via a divorce decree from the courtroom. you're legally prohibited from marrying yet another person mutually as you're already married to somebody else. that's stated as Bigamy and you bypass to federal prison for that. you will ought to locate the husband you're married to and petition the courtroom for dissolution of your present day marriage and then take those divorce papers with you to document for a clean marriage license so which you would be able to marry this new fellow. you're possibly talking some year long technique in case you commence now.

Um, if you can avoid divorce & still love him, I would advise to stay with your husband, unless you have another porker on a string. It's always easier for a woman to hook a guy than the other way around, just cause they look good, so men will do anything to get a woman, married, single, or anything.

If he is good to you, no reason to separate. If you lost the love, go ahead, cheat, marry another guy, shows how cheap you are. Hope you feel better in your 2cd, or 3rd, or 4th marriage, however many times this is. Hope eventually there is a good enough guy for you.

Hahaha!!! Silverfox, "it ALWAYS worked for me".
How many times did you get divorced, lol!

By the way, I just was kidding about everything, I just wanted to brighten everyone's day and make them laugh. But I hope you could stay with your husband if you like him?

Thanks, have a good day!

I thought I could help but I know nothing about the laws in Wales.
You need to get legal help to know what to do. Here in the states in South Carolina unless there is physical abuse, adultery or alcohol abuse then it takes a year to get a divorce.. In order to protect yourself and to be assured you get whatever properties or monies, get yourself a lawyer.

You have been too risky in your endeavors for relationships. Perhaps you should've taken a vacation first for a long time before jumping into another realtionship. You sound like you don't like to be a loner.

Sometimes being alone is better than reaping havoc again.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

only get with a solicitor if you are VERY HORNY and can't get any any other way.

If you live in Wales, consider if he made a spoon for you (thats what they do in Wales if they love you I heard), and then consider how nice the spoon is.

Everything else is probably irrelevant I think.
