I keep receiving an error message that my download failed when I try to retrieve my game. What is wrong. I have Windows Vista on my computer at home. The web trial version downloads just fine. How do I find my game so I can play.

Not really enough information to go by, how are you downloading the game, as a regular download though internet explorer (or some other web broswer) or though some special program?
It is possible that windows vista has something to do with it, since they did a lot of major updates to the kernel not all programs work in Vista that work in earlier versions of windows

Most likely, since vista is new, the game is to outdated for vista
