My husband liked sex more when I was pregnant. But Im sure your not talking about being married to her or even the father of the baby..............
So..... Yes I think it is ok if you chose to be with a pregnant woman. Make sure you use safe sex, even though she cant get pregnant she could get an infection, if you had anything which could harm the baby.
I would hope if you were sleeping with her, you wanted to be with her, and make stability for her and the baby on the way. Stepping up to fill in the blank as daddy if the real dad is not around.
I do not believe it is ok just to have sex if its just sex. You could emotionally hurt her if she thinks the two of you have more and its only sex to you.

From a womens point of view (i'm not a prude just my opinion)
I am pregnant at the moment. If I split with the childs father I wouldn't feel right having sex with another man. It would just be weird. If I knew someone like yourself I would find it morally wrong if it was just a one night stand especially when the bump is huge. If you are in a relationship with the person then I would find it ok.
From a medical point of view having sex does not harm a baby so from that angle its ok.

Alot of men find the rounded womanly shape of a pregnant woman very attractive. There is nothing wrong with enjoying the extra curves of a pregnant woman, some women find being pregnant takes pressure of having the picture perfect body away and they can relax more and enjoy their sexuality even more than before becoming pregnant.
My hubbie loves my pregnant curves ...not to mention what being pregnant has done to my bust line...lol

There is nothing wrong with having sex with a pregnant woman as long as you and the pregnant woman are comfortable and playing safe as STD's are extremely risky for pregnant women as they will harm the baby,.
many couples have a normal sex life throughout pregnancy but sometimes the dr will say to abstain to help prevent preterm labour etc
