If your talking about fragrance (perfume), Spray and inch away from your body, places you must apply are on your inner wrist rub them together, below your throat not on your throat, behind your elbows where your arm folds and if your want to behind your knees. These places let of the warmest body heat so it lets of the beautiful smell. Don't over spray it can be very annoying for people around you. Dot a bit behind ears if your want a minimum amount of smell.

Buy a good quality cologne/perfume that works well with your skin chemistry. That is to say, don't buy a cologne that smells good in the bottle. Buy a cologne that smells good after it has been sprayed on your skin and left there for a few moments to cool.
The second step is to apply the cologne on your naked body. Never spry cologne on your cloths because it may stain and ruin your garments.
Use light sprays or just a few drops on the following areas:
1. Behind your ears
2. On the front of your neck
3. On the inside of your elbow joints
4. On the inside of your wrists
5. On your belly button
6. In the small of your back
7. On the back of your knees
8. On your ankles
Wait until the fragrance cools on your skin before getting dressed.
Also note that after a while when you stop smelling the fragrance it doesn't mean that the cologne has faded away. It only means that your brain has gotten used to the smell and it isn't registering it. Others still can smell it.
Good Luck!

At your pulse points i.e. your wrists, back of knees, behind ears. Body heat radiates through these areas thus giving off the scent of your perfume.Don't rub your wrists together when you spray it on though as contrary to popular belief, this takes off the very thin top layer of perfume which seals the fragrance making it last longer. Be careful of your neck as the alcohol in perfume can be ageing to your skin.

relies upon. If that is my widely used fragrance I usually only spray it on me. If i'm utilising some thing mild then I rub it on my wrists and the lower back of my ears/neck. and.. if that's a very good fragrance then I spray it and walk by it.

I can not stress this enough- LIGHTLY!!! Mist in the air directly in front of you and walk through it. You can also lightly mist your hair brush and comb through your hair. If you don't want to walk through the mist, spray on your wrist and rub together then rub your wrists down the front of your shirt. You don't want to be one of the people that walk by you and dang near make you pass out because of the perfume fumes coming off of them. Fragrances are meant for close up, not for every one in a 100 feet.

I was always taught to spray on the inside of one wrist and then rub it in to the other. Take the two wrists and rub them along your neck. That will give you enough without over doing it.

Spritz in the air and walk through it. If you're a girl, spray some in your brush and brush through your hair.
