My favorite subject would definitely have to be Reading/Language Arts. There is endless things to do, and there is always new stories to read, words to learn, and projects to do. Unlike math or science there isn't always a definite answer. You can write in your own style, and there's always room to be creative.

Your question is rather wide open, but if you mean an academic subject mine is Maths. I like the way it exercises my mind and helps to unravel other problems.
