In a single word = the whole MBA is the essense of 'how the manhandling is' If you are able to extend good behaviour and good presentation to get your things done, it is the skill that is to be developed. HR Manager - has to assess a person from whom the maximum output to be extracted for the growth of the business. (Secret - he is a chamcha of the Chair of the Company)

You need to have great communication skills both verbal and written. You need great interview and hiring skills, as well as the ability to retain employees. You need great organizational skills. You need a working knowledge of the company and it's products from every level (or department). You should always treat your employees as you would be treated....and know how to develop teams. You should always conduct yourself with honer and integrity and work as hard as you expect your employees to work. Always tell your employees the TRUTH...no matter how bad or good. Always give credit where credit is due and never gossip. Never stop learning....take every good trait from every boss you have ever had or will have. Good luck
