hey, i have been babysitting for 8 years, and i am certified in CPR and have Red Cross training. If i was to be a "nanny" for 3 days a week, for a child of 3 months, how much would i charge?

I am an in-home daycare provider, and I charge $85 a week to care for a 3 month old 3 days a week. I would say that if you "nanny" that would be a good rate to charge also, unless you will also be doing housekeeping for them. If that's the case I would bump up the rate to at least $90 a week. Infants can be very challenging or just the opposite depending on their personality, so the rate is always just a tish higher for infants than say, a preschooler. Good luck to you!

Try to find out what other nannies in your area charge. A week at private nursery costs about £150.00. I'd have thought a nanny charges more as its more one to one.

Good Luck

Maybe ask the people you're nannying for how much they want to pay and if it sounds a good price accept, otherwise don't be afraid to tell them you want more before you accept. You certainly sound qualified for it
