It could be a nasty inner ear infection called Meniers diseases or labryncitus. I've had the latter and it's quite debilitating when it strikes. It's usually brought on by stress as I had it immediately after exams on 2 occassions and before the birth of our first child! It's difficult to diagnose and there are anti nausea tablets you can take but the best way to fend it off is to put mind over matter believe it not. If you start getting an attack, take a break and get a drink and convince yourself your ok!

Texting is private and intimate. Texting is the perfect way to create a private and intimate world between you and the man or woman in your life. Learn here https://tr.im/gfmrY
For women in particular, texting can end up being a fun “game” where they can do or say anything (even things they would never do in the “real” world). Texting is non confrontational. Odds are your relationship ended on a heated note. I don’t know why you and your ex broke up, but there was probably at least one (if not a few dozen) big fights. Done properly (the way I’m going to teach you), texting is simple and subtle. You can slowly feed your ex tested and proven messages and ideas without the risk of either one of you flying off the handle, falling back into old and destructive patterns, and throwing plates at each other.

Well, it's hard to say if it's his diet cause you didn't specify what his diet was. Dizziness is caused by high or low blood pressure, heart problems, brain problems, medication, dehydration, diabetes, ear infections, and even anxiety plus many more. It's hard to say what is causing your boyfriend's dizziness without more information. The best thing to do is consult a Dr about the dizziness so he or she can run some tests and get to the bottom of things.

He should have his blood pressure checked out as this could be an indication that it could be really high, or really low. It could also be his diet, it might mean he is lascking some vital nutriant. I would suggest going to his Dr as its been going on for this long.

It could be. Does he drink alot of Water? He needs to! Also, Vitamin C is good. He needs to be getting Juices and Oranges down him! If he's doing this and the problem still occours, you need to see a doctor. If he's not doing this, you need to talk to him and tell him it's for his own good.
Hope he gets well soon!

I suffer from a condition called Menieres
It's to do with the inner ear, which effects balance and makes you dizzy, to the point where you sometimes can't lift your head from a pillow.
Maybe it's something to do with his inner ear ?
