combine them! All three on one return

If you are filing your return by hand on paper, then you combine all the amounts onto one return.

If you are using with software (like TurboTax), then enter each one separately into a single "return" file in the program. It will do the math for you. If you are filing electronically (instead of using TT and sending in a paper copy), then you MUST enter each one separately or your return will be rejected.

BTW, questions like these are why it "costs $20 for software vs $150 for someone else to do your taxes", as an earlier poster asked. It's not enough to know what questions to ask; you have to know what to do with the answers.

Combine the amounts and submit each W2 with your return.

You add the three together and file one return.

If you are using tax software, most of them will let you enter one at a time and will do the addition for you.
