They were created by their parents. They are usually the ones who think the world owes them a living. The world owes them nothing. I've seen so very many people back in the 70's and 80's with small children and giving their children everything they wanted because the parents didn't have that when they were children and they wanted to bring theirs up differently. This is so very wrong. No child or adult should think they deserve everything they want. That's not life. That's not the way things are ever going to be. It's a grim mistake to bring children up this way and thinking they should have all these things without working for them, yet many think this way. Teaching children that work brings it's rewards is the only way in my opinion to teach children and prepare them for adult life. If you can't work for what you want, you don't deserve it. I also think that lazy is a genetic trait and there will always be those who are this way. I've seen this in generation after generation.

In many cases the bottom line is irresponsibility.
It's a two-way street. Maybe more so a problem with leadership as we aren't suppose to over indulge in anything or we obviously would be up to no good.
Some who seek votes are looking for those who make those choices in life to stay stuck.

we are naturally lazy and the only way to get out of that laziness is to be raised in a productive house hold if you look back in history we have always put all of our energy in forcing some one else to do what we need to do for our selves and know that we have our government to enforce it for us we don't have to do that much any more. If other countries had our resources they would be just as lazy as us so it has nothing to do with the united states. we only benefit because we figured out how to manipulate who or what ever we needed in order for some one to give us what we want

The government has been telling people for almost 100 years that they don't have to take care of themselves, they don't have to take responsibility, that the world owes them something. People are learning this way of life.
