British waterways have stopped liner moorings, on the fossdyke in Lincoln. the best place is the Newark waterways office. Its the head office of the navigation in that area, contact the mooring officer, for the whole east midlands navigation, that includes lincolnshire.
And try Hull marina Warehouse 13, English st, Hull

Contact the local office for BW NE.

If you are talking on-line, cheap morrings, there are almost no BW moorings available on the inland waterways network.

As an example, in Oct 2006, there were 2 BW mooring available, both were in central leeds and the NE office said they woudln't advise taking them due to the vandalism on other boats that had left the moorings.

Personally, you've be far better getting on the waiting lists at all the private marinas.

Telephone 01482 609960 which is Hull marina and talk to Sarah, there are numerous moorings available in Hull Marina, Lincoln and other British Waterway locations and there are no waiting lists for these locations although the fees can sometimes be prohibitive. The staff at Hull Marina are very helpful and will give you a pricing structure and send out all the details you may need. Hope this will help you.

Don't think the yahoo community can help you with this one. Try the samaritans.
