There's nothing wrong with the U.S. Court system. You take one case out of many thousands and use that as your premise that the Court system is flawed? That's faulty logic. Look at all the cases and most result in convictions and appropriate sentences. In fact, DNA testing now shows more innocent persons were convicted than guilty persons released. What's "wrong" with the Court system is simply media reports that focus on 1 isolated incident.

To take you at the technical accuracy of your statement, you should be blaming the legislature and not the court system. You state that "criminals escape every year because of some stupid LAW protecting them" (emphasis added). If a LAW protects them, it is because the legislature enacted that law. It is merely the function of the courts to interpret and implement law. If you don't like the laws, vote for different legislators to change them.

The Supreme court does some stupid things every once in a while( getting Bush appointed for his 1st term) but over all it does a good job As for letting criminals go No i do n't think so They stop over zealous prosecutors and cops from keeping innocent people in jail Even then a lot of cases are never heard by them

I ask myself the same thing all the time. Perfect example being l the one where the judge let a pedophile off because he was "too short" and therefor would be a target in prison? His poor defenseless, innocent victim was no doubt too short also. Why isn't there more outrage over this kind of thing? This stuff is disgraceful and sickening.

nicely technically "militant atheism" isn't actual "militant" because it does not contain radical extremism in militant like methods. i'm for my section not attentive to any large scale militant atheist communities attempting to overthrow the government, or fly planes into homes. As for "Merry yuletide" / "happy trip journeys", some fundies have been whining some years in the past approximately shops saying "happy trip journeys" particularly of "Merry Christmas" yet i think of they are over that now, despite in case you nevertheless pay attention the unusual one whining approximately it. yet do not tell me there are not people like that throughout Canada, by using fact I pass the border somewhat often and characteristic considered "shop Christ in Christimas" billboards and signs and indicators everywhere around this time of twelve months. As for billboards ... there is a few atheist team, i think of it quite is referred to as unfastened Thinkers foundation or some thing, that has been putting up lot's of billboards captivating to atheists, thinking the perception in god. So this has apparently made some xtians mad. It does not quite ask your self me although, pondering a number of the places they have placed those classified ads like in West Virginia, rural Ohio, etc. i've got considered one in each and every of those classified ads myself and that they don't look to be in any respect offensive, they are in simple terms attempting to inspire people to question their perception in god, it does not insult anybody.
