It is hard to tell, i guess when you miss your period that is when u become suspecious and start noticing them even though your body may feel a bit different. Once you know you are pregnant all symptoms become obvious to you.

In my case i started feeling blooted and was very uncomfortable in my jeans from the time of conception but i thought my tummy was growing big and i needed to get a bigger size!!!

There are few women who know about it bit early because of bad nausea but its better you dont know that way as its not a good feeling.

Good Luck!

Usually at about 3-4 weeks.

However women who are hoping to get pregnant or are fearful of being pregnant report symptoms much earlier, because they tend to attribute any physical symptom (especially PMS/PMT) to being pregnant.

However, many women don't experince any secondary symptoms of pregnancy, this is also very normal.
