The BEST Bah-Kuk Teh in Singapore is at the Hawker Centre, Blk 538 Hong Lim Complex in Upper Cross Street, Level 1 called Ah Hui Bah-Kuk Teh.

Ah Hui Bah-Kuk Teh's has got its stall featured in some of the food magazines and also appeared in 1 of the tv shows called MakanSutra. They're famous for their special taste, sumptous spare ribs meat and its authentic "Hokkien" soup based. Normally "Hokkien" type of Bah-Kuk Teh is added with dark soya sauce and with more herbs & spices to add flavour in the soup. While "Teochew" type of Bah-Kuk Teh emphasizes more on added black or white pepper seeds into the soup, making the soup base tastes slight hot.

Come down and try the Ah Hui's Bah-Kuk Teh then. I think you'll love it and every Sunday is always pack with people, queueing for the seats. So you've to come earlier in order not to wait so long.
