In the US - how about Bernie Ebbers and Worldcom - now that was as bad, or even worse than Enron...
In the UK - how about Robert Maxwell or the Guinness Trail?
hope that helps

Fundamentally all crime is corporate. Since 1938 the ERIE R R case changed our entire legal system from Judicial to Statutory. We are a lawless country there are no laws only statutes and codes. All Cort's are of Admiralty via the law of commerce, Commercial Law. Any time it is the State vs Defendant it is because the state has lost revenue and that is a corp. crime. Trespassing is Civil because there is no loss to the state. Theft is criminal because the state has been denied its sales tax. All citizens are Corporate property of U.S corporation and governed by the corporate secretary, Secretary of State.

Swift Meat Packing.
The crime?
Hiring illegal aliens.
Swift was warned about this, told they needed to comply with the existing laws, which specify that no employer in the USA may hire illegal aliens, and continued in spite of this.
Swift was informed that on a specific day ICE (Immigration Control and Enforcement) officers would be entering Swift plants to look for illegal aliens working there, yet continued operating as usual.
On the specified day, ICE officers arrived at a number of Swift plants in different states simultaniously, and found thousands of illegal aliens working, at lower than minimum wage scale, using stolen social security numbers (a felony).
The stolen social security numbers were, in some Swift plants, supplied by Swift personel.
It is a crime in the United States to hire illegal aliens.
It is a crime to lie about the legal status of illegal aliens.
It is a crime to aid and abet illegal aliens.
It is a crime to assist illegal aliens in obtaining stolen IDs and stolen social security numbers.
It is a crime to pay illegal aliens in cash.
It is a crime to pay less than minimum wages.
It is a crime to not report illegal aliens to ICE, if you know who they are and where they are.

a very large american maufacturer did it with their MPV things, they reduced the crush impact strength on their pickup roofs to 0.1% safety margin as it was cheaper in the longrun, given that ex gratia payments were considered to be minimal compared to the cost of retooling and making the crush test vehicle comply...
and they got hammered in court and public confidence was severely dented... bit like their roofs... which failed the rollover crush test... oh, it passed the stationary test, where htey just drop it on its roof..but its was destroyed and flattened teh cab if the vehicle was doing over 10mph when it rolled over...
the enforced recall cost millions, they also did it with unsuitable tyres... again, accountans building cars to the lowest possible price to maaximise profits..for the shareholders...
