I submit that will power waxes and wains according to many variables. Some of these may include the subject, timing and social pressures to conform. I have stopped smoking for 12 years. There are still times I would love to have one. I will not have one because I know I could not stop with one. So, perhaps in this case, I have little will power. Temptation is a factor along with the opportunity to get away with the act.

It actually varies. Sometimes, it is very strong, I would say it tops out at about 99. This is when things are going really great and I am feeling healthy and doing things right. On the other hand, there are times when I just don't seem to be on top of my game. I may not be doing the right things to stay healthy (Too much partying, or whatever), or maybe I've been through a lot of emotional "stuff". When this is the case, I would say I've bottomed out at -10. However, on the average, I would say about 80.

It really depends on how important maintaining my will power is. I have to say my selfish need for self-gratification is stronger! As long as my lack of will power does not negatively effect anyone else, it is pretty low.....maybe 35.
