Curvy.
Oh yes, curvy.
Curvy = way more beautiful, and as an extra bonus, curvy women don't live on lettuce and water just like rabbits, btw), hence they tend to enjoy themselves more and are therefore more pleasant and relaxed company.
Who'd you rather go out with? Someone who has to cram a dinner appointment in her busy gym-schedule and only has the salad? Or someone who likes to go out to dinner and actually enjoys good food?
So: curvy!
Did I say it is way more beautiful and feminine as well?

Curvy. But character and humour beats all.
This is all nature! In nature a curvy woman meant a woman who was more likely to more survive.
But in 100 years it may differ: maybe skinny women are more likely to survive.

i'm not a guy, i know, but my bf used to like curvy ones
and now he's my bf for 2 years,and i'm very skinny, the index mass-height is 18 < 19.5!
