Does Japan have a top 40 radio show, similar to what America has? You know, Casey Casum/Ryan Seacrest stuff. If so, on what channel and when?

Yes, it does. Try 79.1 InterFM, which hosts the Casey Casum show.

Warning: InterFM is really lame, as is all radio in Japan (plenty of talking and commercials, and very little music, unfortunately).
