Some rich guy will give you $5 million if you cut off your arm and give it to him. This is the dilemma I now face. What should I do?

This sounds like a hypothetical question and far from being a serious one. Nonetheless I will give my considered opinion.
1) Who's doing the cutting- if its you then there is no aneasthetic involved and I do not believe anyone would have the pain tolerance to amputate their own (healthy) arm.
2) There are major blood vessels involved and you would not have the skill to deal with the very serious major bleeds which would render you unconciouss and therefore incapable of completing the task- and possibly kill you.
3) No legitimate surgeon would remove a healthy arm just because someone asked them to.
4) If you were leaving the amputation up to some one else (them?) it will obviously be a crude improvised affair possibly involving a whack over the head and an axe or something. And if you dont die from the whack on the head or the blood loss then an infection will probably finish you off.
5) Have you ever tried to type one handed or wash a child or pet one handed or drive a car and change gears one handed..its not easy and I think you would be very surprised how difficult life would be with only one arm.
6) Why do they want an arm and what makes yours so special when there are heaps of cadavers around and in india you can often buy bodies off poor families.
7) If the offeror is engaged in some brutal illegal undrground film genera and planning to make money out of you by film you undertaking your nasty deal.. have you stopped to think whether they will stop there or perhaps want and an arm and a leg and a whole lot more! You may not be around to see the 5 million.
8) Money cant buy hapiness- what will the money (assuming you arnt dead by then) get you? Lots of worries, a closet full of skeletons just waiting to jump out and destroy not just your life but also those of your family and friends.
9) Have you ever stopped and thought about the impact on other people... will your family and friends be burying you or perhaps to ashamed or even too frightened to be around around you.

I can see no benefit to you or those around you from such a stupid stupid action.

Considering that most insurance companies will only award you $250,000 in case of losing your arm I'd say you have a good deal.
Heck I'd even through in a toe as a bonus gift.
PS: Make sure the funds are deposited first.
