My aunt is married to a white man... my grandma had a white father... lol! Gene Simmons from KISS went with Diana Ross, Iman is married to David Bowie... the list goes on... dude open your eyes.

Statically of Black men who marry only 7% practice miscegenation and only 5% are with White women. The statistics are lower among Black women. So my point is if 93%of Black men are marrying Black women why would I be concerned with the 7% that don't? And as you also mentioned the statistics are even lower among Black women. I'm for the preservation and promotion of Black love, Black unity and the Black family. I don't care why White men are not marrying Black women. Contrary to the sensationalized media The US Census speaks for itself. Also I can say personally I don't know any Black/White interracial couples personally and I know many married couples. In fact just this year I witness many weddings among my friends and family that were between Black men and Black women. So again why should I be concerned with such a small group of people?

I'm a black woman, and let me tell you white men fancy black women all the time. I don't know where you live and how much you get out, but you obviously need to do some traveling because their are plenty of white men/ black women relationships. I think white guys are very sexy, and I have dated them.

Well according to you, I must be the exception to the rule yet I doubt it.
My long term partner is black, whilst I am basically white, both me and her have been together now for fifteen years.
I think why there isn't as many mixed couples as you would expect is largely down to the lack of opportunity for white guys to meet say black women, also the unfortunate reactions mixed couples can get from other people, which does side on the racialist scheme of things.
If speaking from personal experience, mixed couples have to have a stronger bond than the same race couples, this is due to the lack of respect and acceptance afforded to them by other members of society.
Now here's the controversial point, but it is true to my experience and memory that my partner and I have found such ignorant bigotry in white and black people.
So in conclusion maybe most mixed relationships do not last due to the pressure from peers, family and culture like anywhere else in the world, could be a deciding factor.
As a white man, I have admired many cultures and religions especially the music, (Sitar music) and can see no difference from one tribe, race or clan from another.
I think that a lot of white men would find black women attractive, but they probably suppress the idea due to their own psychological fear of a crazy stigma, which still passes as some peoples views.
For me the choice was easy as I didn't like society anyway at the age of twenty one, so I lived the life of a person I wanted to be and not the person society nor any jingo nationalist wishes me to be.
I also was lucky to have some very good friends who never questioned my relationship with my partner, nor found it strange in anyway.
I believe having a bit of an attiude (or being assertive) at a young age, for both my parther and I, helped us weather the storms, and still keeps us close.
Maybe theres, the difference, you got to believe in your love for the woman.

I know many white guys who find black girls attractive and vice versa, it's a personal thing. I am a white girl who has never been attracted to a black man personally but then again I prefer redheaded men!

Why don't you do you mean because I know plenty who do.
There are tonnes of beautiful black women I'm one of them.
Although its become some kind of fashion statement to have a black man and vica versa and have mixed race babies no problem with that so long as none of the parents have an identity crisis and know were they are coming from.
