If you are referring to your butt hole, that is normal, your butt muscles contract tightly during orgasm, and for many guys at times it can be uncomfortable if not outright painful. Also related to spasms of your prostate, again, it is normal and while it might hurt a few minutes, it will go away. No need to do anything or see anybody.

Assuming you are speaking of your A * S * S, there is a very REAL possibility that you need to see a doctor (despite some previous remarks).

While it may NOT be the following, it very well could be, and it would be very bad to ignore it.

As mentioned, the prostate contracts, and this causes ejaculation, and the seminal fluid (c*u*m) is forced out of your joy stick. If it is at this moment, and it seems to be that it is, that your (assumed) A*S*S hurts (following ejaculation), the most likely probability is that you have prostatitis.

Prostatitis is an inflamed (or infected) prostate. There are many reasons for this, but the more serious one is from Gonorrhea.

If not treated, it can cause urethral strictures. This is not fun.

If you notice your balls aching, pain when urinating, burning at the tip, pus coming from your c*o*c*k, you may have prostatitis. The problem is, some, all, or none of the symptoms may be present, and the only indicator may be your prostate aches when it has to contract.

While this home remedy may sound a bit crude, it could actually give you a clue. Take your middle finger and shove it up your butt hole. Try to locate your prostate. It is the size of a walnut and it up your hole towards the the front of your body. It rest directly behind the perineum which is the space between your wind (hole) and your rain (urine).

Anyway, be sure to lube your a*s*s crack and hole generously with vaseline or lube. After you find your prostate, and believe me, it's very hard to do by yourself (but possible), press on it hard.

If you feel pain, you likely have prostatitis. With no comparative experience, it will be hard for you to know that your prostate is enlarged (usually the case when you have prostatitis). Suffice it to say, that if it seems larger than a walnut, is bumpy, hard on the outside, or their is pain (while probing and poking it), you should go see a doctor.

Also, I might ad, that many doctors are not well trained on this problem unless they are a urologist. So, that having been said, don't be surprised to find that you may have to push to get what you need.

If you have prostatitis, and you got it from Gonorrhea, you need to have a lab to confirm this, and you NEED to take antibiotics to get rid of it quickly. You should also be tested for syphillus and other STDs just to be sure.

All of this is usually caused by having unprotected sex (vaginally, anally, and quite possibly orally although the latter is not very likely).

It's not the end of the world, only is it bad if it goes untreated. Untreated, the scar tissue that forms can cause a stricture that may not even show up until 10 years later, but boy when and if it does, it's not fun. It interrupts your sex life, your ability to pee, and can even cause your bladder to become distended, and your kidneys damaged if not treated. And what's more, the treatment for urethral stricture is not altogher perfect.

So play with your A*S*S, and if there is more pain (in there), especially after cumming and poking around, go see a doctor and tell him,

"I feel a lot of pain between my balls and my butt crack, and it seems the most intense just after ejaculating.

Forntunately for you, he will give a digital exam (the same one you just gave yourself--but he will use a rubber glove), and you will be used to having someone stick things up your A*S*S.

He will probe, much like you did, but much deeper and probably harder, you will yelp out in pain, and he will run some tests and prescribe you with some drugs. You should be all better in about 2 weeks, and back to strokin 5 times daily (all with no pain).

Hope this helps.

I agree with Logon17. You may also have a problem with you coccyx (tail bone), or sciatic nerve.

Get it checked out.

P.S. Next time, use the medical term for the body part so Yahoo doesn't edit your question with asterisks. We can only guess that the 3 *'s means your buttocks.

Every work is hard and painful and one has to bear it to complete the task. After doing the work everyday one gets accustomed to it and will not feel the pain anymore.

Well, what are you doing to cause such a pain?

could be your prostate. It is a gland behind your penis...close to the butt, that is involved in ejaculation. maybe nothing to worry about...but if it is severe see a doctor...
