Sona, my suggestions will be
1. Be strong in your subject. Try to make a chart or table of contents of what you have covered in the subject.i.e Subjet in a nutshell.
2. Don't try to memorise things by heart but understand the concept. That will help you not to forget your points.
3. Do not avoid sleep, food and regular refreshments during the exam periods.
4. Never stress yourself to memorise new points fromn your subject that you haven't overcome, if you are not confident.
5. Drink more water that will keep your brain fresh.
6. Avoid all your negetive thoughts and keep saying "I CAN" again and again
Be confident. Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If your State Board class 10th student, then solve board papers from 2000 to 2005 .set time while solving these papers ,be sincere to yourself, write papers neatly, do not leave any page blank in between ,if cannot answer any question thinking to write answer later on,write each new question on new page, donot waste time in thinking, leave the question ,attempt later on,high light imp points,Very imp write your paper in blue ink pen only ,do not use black ink. Get these solved papers checked from different subject teachers / Board examiners /Modaraters to know your percentage level before board exam , as this will help you to work more confidently , seriously, sleep not more than 5 hours a day, study till last minutes avoid junk food, eat home made pure veg food ,see the result, there will be increase in your percentage. As per your Indian culture donot forget to take blessing from God and your parents before going for exam.

Exam is a regular routine works of a student and just like game, there may be winning or fail, try to face the failure and try to be more and more efficient in this game of study. Studying is like eating and drinking and sleeping, that we have to spend at-least one our every day, study one word a day and one statement a day over and above the class-works.
