With piano Accompanying him.
In a car advert if I remember correctly!
But only lyrics I remember are 'once moooooore' which could even be wrong :(

I've just found out after it was 'Open Heart Zoo' by Martin Grech.
It was featured in a British Lexus advert in 2002.......

Do you remember what make of car the ad was for? If you can, you may be able to view and download the ad from the car manufacturers website (or email them and ask). It will also give you time to catch some more of the lyrics, and then you can just Google them.
