I kind of like it. It's different. Only problem is...how is it pronounced. That may be a problem for the child throughout life. Course, most people go by a shorter version of their first name anyway, so he would probably be known as Kia.

How would you pronounce that? I'm not the first response to not know, which means it's likely your son will spend his life telling people how to pronounce his name, or correcting people on mis-pronouciation! It won't be fun for him.
If you really like it, why not shorten it to Kian? That's simple to pronounce and an actual name, yet still unusual.
I'd also go for Drew rather than Dre, but that's just my opinion.
Kian Drew could be a nice name (especially if you have a long last name). Wynn is another name you can get out of that. Kian Wynn goes well together. Even Kian Wynn Drew could work if you had a short last name. Which takes the whole of your name and splits it into actual names, yet, I'm guessing, it still sounds similar.
Congrats and Good luck!

I've found if people have a dificult time pronouncing there name, the kids don't like their name. You can be different but they have to live with it, not you. Make sure the other kids and teachers can pronounce it, 13 yrs in school is a LONG time. Maybe make the spelling more obvious. I don't know, It's your baby!!!

Do you want your son to have a job? No offense, but i have a aunt who is VP in Human Resources and the new thing is now....are names. If they look funny, look hard to pronounce they would skip your resume over and chose someone with a better suited name. Who wants to say ur name wrong and possibly look at law suits for racism, discrimination?

In order for your son to stand out give him a dominant name that will get him somewhere in life like Lincoln, Michael, Robert, a magazine i read said that on paper names like that will get hired for jobs faster than names that try to sound other than ordinary.

I'm pretty good at pronouncing names, but this one has me stumped. You might change the spelling to make it more obvious how to pronounce. I think it has potential. (But I don't like Dre'.)

I personally don't like it. Everyone new he meets will have a really hard time pronouncing it. How about Hunter? I love that name.

I dont really think that is a good name. It sounds almost Welsh. If he is Welsh then fine.
