when istart pokemon ruby,saphire or emerald on visual boy emulator,it says that your internal battery thingy has run dry and time based events (growing berries)will no longer occur.what do i do inthis situation?please help.

That happens to everybody who plays these Pokemon games. The emulator simply does not emulate the battery correctly, and there is nothing you can do about it. If you watch any video on YouTube of someone playing these games from the beginning, you will see that they have the exact same problem.
Hopefully, whoever writes the emulator you are using ( probably VisualBoy Advance) will come up with a solution to the problem.

Hey there, I had the most success with Tims battery plan (i found it on google). In my experience it was the most incredible method that I have tried so far. Maybe worth a shot.
