1. Open a bank account
2. Rent a shop, buy a tape measure and a digital camera
3. Make a board.
4. Exaggerate the truth
5. learn how to be charmingly misleading
6. make some dodgy deals with local solicitors
7. Charge an extortionate price for taking a pic and writing down some details on a piece of paper
8 Watch the money roll in for doing hardly anything atall !!!

Are you in the UK or US?
In the US you have to contact the State Real Estate Commission for a list of approved schools. Take the pre-licensing courses, Take the state exam for licensibg, pass the test, find a broker to work with.

Learn how to exagerate
At present there do not appear to be any controls on preventing anyone setting up an office and describing themselves as an estate agent regardless of lack of experience - rather sad

you don't NEED any qualifications or experience to set up as an estate agent, it's money for old rope. with house prices throught the roof, they're earning massive amounts (as they work to a percentage) for basically doing nothing at all.

u've to register a company under ur name n advertise it on any newspaper,then wait 4 the business.of course u need to know the local laws n its rules n regulations as well.
