It is not really legal, but if you only have a little bit of it, they can't arrest you {they can do it if they think you are selling it to others}. So if you don't have too much with you, you can smoke {the law says it is your health and you can do whatever you want to yourself, unless it affect other people it is fine}

No, it isn't. Though the law isn't always enforced, the cops might, if you happen to piss them off. Don't try it in public.

no, it isn't legal, and i wouldn't smoke it in front of a cop if i were you. also, careful who you buy off of in prague, there's a whole lot of rip off artists.
