its PR was 2 and now is 0 but cached snapshot PR is 4...hows that?

To Increase searcheabilty and PR of your website,
You need to do following two steps
1. Related Content on your website. As much as possible, if you can have 50, 500,5000,50000 pages, The More pages you have the more success is.
2. Get links from other sites to your site. that is it.
For both 1, and 2 point , keep in mind , ON-page optimization and Anchor text respectively.
