What Air Alert is the Best??? 1,2, or 3?

I'm currently using Air Alert 1 and I just knew about the existence of the other two Air Alerts recently. What will make a 17-year old 5'9" kid like me dunk a basketball??? Where can I get what you guys recommend?

they keep trying to improve the program and air alert 3 has more exercises
