If you roll a spliff?

If you roll a spliff (tobacco and weed mix) and leave the cigarette butt on, will the butt filter out all the THC so you wont get high

No way.

Even if you just sit in the room and smell the weed you will get high.
That's what they call a hot box.

Whether you get high depends on whether you got good weed, or cheap stuff.

No. In Viet Nam Salem Ciggaretts were sold this way and everybodystill got high.
