It is not government doing the projects and works. There is a planning commission who submit the necessary reports and government is to decide its need.
Government is to look after the peace and progress of people and generations and something that does not suit the generations would not be decided for implementation.

1)honour the commitments as given in the election manifesto
and give a progress report(half-yearly)of implementation to the public
2)implement more drinking water and irrigation water projects to cater to rural and city sub-urbs.
3)create more power projects to ease power demand in the rural and cities.
4)create more emplyoment opportunities in the public and private sectors.
5)Buid roads and rail roads and increase public transportation facilities to conserve petrol and diesel.
6)Give top priority to agricultural production and military upgradation.
7)Take up linking of all rivers in India on war footing as it would boost the economy in many ways,helps agriculture,forestry and water way transportation.
8)make primary education compulsory and free with free mid day meal.
