Is there any bar in New York City, where we can watch the Carnaval Parade live from Rio on GloboTv?

I don't live in New York but if you have satellite TV, you can see it on FTV(Fashion TV),they've started live broadcast since yesterday night. Or you can go to www.ftv.com, it may require you to register ie. pay some amount but you would be able to view it online.
