He's still technically in the WWE. He suffered a knee injury last July that is supposed to take 8 months to heal (which would be next month.) I think he'll be back.

happy u asked! i understand for a reality that mark henry had a "knee injury" and subsidized far flung from his opposition with batista. He neglected 8 months of action, and could be returning quickly, possibly at Wrestlemania. he will proceed his feud with batista then. desire i helped!
