the term unemployment is quite vague in the philippine setting because the government will count you as employed even if you only do one day work in a month. you have to consider how many filipinos are underemployed to get the real picture of the labor situation in the philippines.
please check the department of labor and employment website below and check the minimum wage per region. compliance to the minimum wage is inconsistent right now.

you can try the national statistics office but i doubt that there is already info about unemployment this early in the year.

too early for them to have the data you're asking. try ibon facts and figures, their office is located along sta.mesa,infront of PUP. but you could also check on- www.dole.gov.ph.
