i was promoted from mcdonalds janitor to head janitor with an increase in pay to 6.76 a hour after 5 years. i am training to be the grease changer next. i am a young 31 years trying to make it up the corporate ladder.

Pick her some flowers, go "grab" a bottle of wine somewhere and find that soon to be wife of yours and yell it to the stars!!! Be proud!!!! She will be so very proud of you too!!!! And I bet in the next 5 years, you will no doubt get promoted to head janitor in charge of Garbage cans!!!! And who knows, you may even get a raise to 6.77 by then!!!! Good job!

31 and working the corporate ladder---aiming your sights HIGH aren't you?
Why not think about training for assistant manager or manager with the goal of $25,000.00 to $35,000.00 a year!
Sky is the limit at McDonalds.
