cause it hasn't reached the top yet ..give it time and it will be flat all the way around don't feel sad ...........we all start at the bottom and work our way up !

because the weight of the car/bike/whatever only acts from the centre of the wheel (where it is connected) straight down to the ground, so all of the air front the bottom is pushed to the top, making that appear to be full of air

jack it up and rotate it 180 degrees and then it will be flat on the top untill u let the jack down
