Is there something I should worry about? 2nd my baby is not yet responding to my touch and my tummy is not too big although most of my friends are showing already. I had big tummy nefore pregnancy and now my tummy is not too different from before.

i feel you are crazy, you know you bleed after sex and still you have it.. i would advise you to go to doctor right now and talk to her and tell her your problem, she is the best to guide you... all the best.. i hope everything is fine with you

Stop having sex until you talk to your doctor. Any bleeding during pregnancy should always be investigated.
And while you are there you can ask him/her to check on the growth of the fetus - they will probably just do a fundal height measurement. When you had your 20 week ultrasound was the baby a normal size? The size of your tummy during pregnancy is proportional to your build. Bigger girls tend not to show as readily as smaller women.

i think u should avoid sex if u bleed after it and get ur self examined
