Asian people are human too. So yes, they are friendly and then there are some grouchy people just like in every other culture.

I'm Asian, for the record (so you may accuse me of bias or watever).
Um... I think Asians are as friendly as anyone else, more or less. Maybe different Asian ethnic/nationality/religion groups might have different cultural dispositions (i e shy/defensive at first, but warm if they get to noe you), but not too much difference.
From personal experience, I haven't met too many friendly Asians. But that doesnt stop me from being as polite and warm as I can be to others.

Lol, I think I'm friendly. So yes Asian people can be friendly like anyone else because I'm also Asian. ^_^

Asians are people. They eat breathe speak smell read write etc. Some are mean some are nice.

The ones that get paid for it (custom service) , but the average asians are far from friendliness.

Like other minorities, I think they tend to be nervous. But, relaxed, I think they are very nice. I even sent my pharmacy a Christmas card because the Asian pharmacist is so nice.

I have yet to meet one that wasn't friendly towards me, and they have always treated me with the utmost respect. I hope to marry one someday, while I'm still young.
