The estimated cost, I think is 100 Billion to 1 Trillion Dollars.

Do you think this is absolutely foolish?

What if the NASA Space Ship had techinical problems while in Mars and so the Crew is stranded, do you think NASA will spend another trillion dollars to get the crew back?

Do you think that NASA will actually do this stupid mission?

No, mankind has always had the drive to see beyond the next
hill. It's better than making war. In the end, it could bring all nations together.

i'd like to assert confident. yet relatively i think of 2030 is a lifelike time line. the 1st UNmanned attempt of the Orion team pill isn't till 2014. We nevertheless have heavy raise rockets to end designing, attempt and build. Then the Orion pill via itself won't get you to Mars. we ought to layout, attempt, and build a deliver or module or some thing to certainly get to Mars with. we ought to layout, attempt and build a manned lander, and a base of a few style that would desire to maintain a team alive for the 18 or so months that a project would prefer to spend on the outdoors to attend on the planets to get on the threshold of one yet another lower back. it relatively is plenty to do, enormously once you have gotten human beings's necks on the line the entire time. We purely ought to ensure that it certainly happens, and does not purely fall off the radar lower back. you recognize NASA initially needed to place human beings on Mars interior the Nineteen 1880s yet politicians canceled it. there grow to be even a manned project to Venus planned for 1973 as area of the Apollo purposes project. It wasn't going to land of path, purely bypass to the planet and habit observations and do observations of the solar. as long as politicians shop fidgeting with the cost variety and targets who's acquainted with how long that's going to take.
