I'm a pre-op transsexual and I was hoping that someone could tell me what basic pieces of jewelry I should have.

A beautiful ring/s, they dont have to be fancy, my sister bougth a $20 ring which I thought looked great!!

A necklace is a must!! have you ever seen someone on TV without a necklace? The answer is no. This is because a necklace adds sooooo much beauty to your face!

GOOD LUCK!!

Besides anything 'special', I like to have some simple pieces to use in day to day life.
I try to keep a little set in gold for warm outfits and in silver for cool outfits.
My favorite 'set' is a little pair of 'sleeper' hoops, a small pennant on a chain, and a watch. I add rings and bracelets if I am feeling extra dressy.
Though I do not have any pearls, I know that some consider that single strand necklace an essential.

The most important thing is that you feel good in it.

Cheesy, I know, but I have stuff I bought and never wore because it just seemed too loud or too heavy or etc.
