Just why do women love that film so much?

It's about being acknowledged. When you grow up with average looks, average skills, average, average, average and when one day you discover what you are great at, what you can be loved, recognised, appreciated and valued for; voila!
Baby was let out of the "average box" and adored. We all want that.

The movie was about the inequality between the rich and the poor or middle class. Baby (Frances) couldn't be put in a corner because she was the one to shine the light on the unfairness of social class. She loved Johnny and was willing to stand up for him. Money didn't matter.

I know i did love the film but know its time to move on and put baby in the corner and the bloody movie, anyway best thing about it wasn't baby it was Patrick's chest!!!

Hiya, The film is FANTASTIC a typical flick pic, You cant put baby in a corner, bacause she is not a wallflower she is good and nice.

Ohhh it is a love story, normal girl meets sexy boy who knows all the moves and helll can he move. I just love the way they dance, sooo sexy and aaahhh just don't know. Just love that movie.
