Sperm cannot live outside the body for very long. How long human sperm can live outside the human body depends on several things: temperature and humidity among them. At room temperature (75 °F or 25 °C) without dehydration the sperm can live between 4 and 6 hours. Dehydration means, without drying out. After all, the semen (viscous, whitish secretion of the male reproductive organs, containing spermatozoa and serving as their transporting medium) is over 85% water. So then if the semen loses water (dehydration) this material begins to crystallize; all the while the sperm cells also undergo water loss. Therefore, in ordinary dry air at room temperature when dehydration is an added factor, human sperm can live maybe 1 to 3 hours. That's about all.

Hypothetically....yes.
If a live sperm makes contact with a fertile egg then bingo, pregnant.
Sperm can live for several hours after ejaculation outside a man's body, don't be fooled into thinking they die a soon as they hit the air (a common myth astonishingly believed by a lot of people, which is ridiculous, since if this were true artificial insemination and IVF treatments would not be possible).
Okay, it's a long shot (a VERY long shot) but hypothetically, if semen happened to be on a coin, and the semen contained live sperm, and the semen/sperm were picked up by a girl and got on her fingers, and her fingers somehow came in contact with her vaginal area, and vaginal fluids were present, and the semen/sperm made their way into the vagina via the fluids, and she was ovulating, and the sperm (who can be strong swimmers and know which way to go) made contact withthe egg then YES, hypothetically she could become pregnant. Although like I said it's a hugely super dooper long shot and would have to mean that conditions would have to be absolutely ideal, and it would all have to happen relatively quickly.
In the real world the answer is probably no, but seeing as you are talking hypotheticals, then you would have to say the answer is yes, hypothetically yes.
I have treated girls who were virgins at the time they conceived because they erroneously believed, and were told by foolish people, that penetration must occur for pregnancy to occur, which is absolutely not true. All that has to occur is the union of an egg and a sperm, and it does NOT require intercourse for this to happen. Although I can't say any of them used the coin story. Most likely they were fooling about and thought they could get away with getting off (so to speak) as long as it didn't involve actual penetration. Silly silly silly.

Highly unlikely but in a scientific setting I think it would be possible ,you would have to do the whole experiment in a matter of minutes and probably many times. So quit beating off on those quarters.
