The most important thing is whether you need the stuff or not. Then you need to see if it is useful or not because there are people who buy things only because they like it though it is of no use to them.
You also need to look at your pocket and work out the best place where you can get it.
Also make a list of things you need, their availability (which place you can get it), their options and your budget for each thing before going for shopping so that you spend only what is necessary and get the best!!!! This will help you get good stuff for less money and in less time as you will not have to go places.....

I would first see whether the shop where i will be shopping is well breed,i.e,its a classy place with varities of things to shop for or not.secondly i would see if the budget of the dress is right i.e.a particular dress costs 150$ but the keeper asks 300$.its not the right place to shop.thirdly i always keep in mind whther there are lots of options to choose from and u get the fullfilment from the place where u shop.
