i felt bitter mouth,brest pain etc so i thought that i m pregent but it ws wrong so pls tell me whats the best sign to know about pregency?

if you are trying to fall pregnant you may get the symptoms of pregnancy because you are thinking about it all the time,
kinda a mind over matter thing.
i have 2 children myself and when i was trying for my first i went on for months thinking i was pregnant but every month i would get my period i had the lot morning sickness, painfull nipples even lactating, my second pregnancy however was totally unplanned and unexpected and only started feeling pregnant at aroung 2 months.
when we get clucky and think of pregnency our bodies let of a hormone the same hormone we release when we are pregnant this makes us feel and in some cases look pregnant

The thing is you can feel pregnancy symptoms like breast tenderness, tiredness etc when you are due for your period. I think the sure sign of pregnancy is a missed period or a positive HPT.
