Before I try to answer this question, we both should realize that there is no team in the world best based on everything, but each team has a virtue which is special to that team alone. For Example
On Goalkeepers&Penalties-Arsenal(club), Germany(international)
On Offensive-Ac Milan_Bracelona(club), France(international)
On Defensive-Chelsea_Arsenal(club), Italy(International)
On Overall coordiantion-Arsenal_ManU(club), Brazil(international)
On Midfield Possestion-only Arsenal(club), Brazil_France(international)

I'd have to go for Manchester United. They have too much young talent and old guys to be messed with. They also have a rock solid sub. core. There is competition from chelsea, barca, and real, but i dont htink any of those star studded teams have the quality players and team chemistry Man U is displaying.
